These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeeOS platform, websites, and services (the "Service") provided by BeeOS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BeeOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant-management platform that lets you sell, manage inventory, run loyalty programs, print receipts and kitchen tickets, and view reports across one or more branches. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
When you register, we provision a dedicated workspace for your business with its own subdomain and database. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your workspace and user accounts. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
New workspaces start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription for your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plans or prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You retain all rights to the data you and your users submit to the Service ("Your Data"), including menus, orders, customers, and inventory. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is and remains our property and that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to keep the Service available and to provide support during normal business hours. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Data after a reasonable retention period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting on this page or in-app). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
