BeeKDS — Kitchen Display

What it does

BeeKDS replaces paper tickets with a kitchen display screen. Orders sent from the POS appear instantly on the station responsible for preparing them — grill, fry, drinks, and so on — so every station only sees what it needs to cook.

Bumping and prep timers

Kitchen staff bump an item once it is started and complete it once it is ready, moving the ticket through its stages on screen. Each item carries a prep timer, so the kitchen can see at a glance which tickets are running long and need attention.
