Straight answers to the questions restaurant owners ask most when getting started with BeeOS.

Does BeeOS work offline?

Yes. The desktop POS client is built offline-first, so your team can keep taking orders and accepting payments even if the internet connection drops. Once the connection is back, every order recorded while offline syncs automatically with no manual steps required.

Can I run multiple branches on one account?

Yes. You can add as many branches as your subscription plan allows and manage all of them from the same account. Each branch keeps its own data and settings, and you can switch between them easily from the dashboard.

Is BeeOS bilingual?

Yes. BeeOS fully supports English and Arabic, with complete right-to-left (RTL) layout support across every screen in the system, including the POS, reports, and add-on apps.

How do I add a new add-on app?

If the app is already included in your plan, enable it yourself from Settings → Apps. If it is not, contact BeeOS support to have it added to your plan.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes. Your restaurant's data is protected with bank-grade encryption, both in transit between devices and the server and at rest in storage, to keep your business and customer information safe from unauthorized access.

Can guests or customers use BeeOS without an account?

Yes. Customers do not need an account to interact with certain BeeOS features, such as filling out a public feedback form about their experience or using online booking pages to reserve a table without signing in.
