What it does

BeeReach is BeeOS's CRM and marketing app. It builds customer segments from your order history so you can target the right group, then sends campaigns over SMS or WhatsApp.

Automations

Beyond one-off campaigns, BeeReach supports automations that trigger on their own — a birthday message, a welcome message for a new customer's first order, or a win-back message for a customer who has not ordered in a while.
