Dashboard tour

Get familiar with the main areas of the dashboard before you start managing your restaurant.

The sidebar

The sidebar is where you reach every part of BeeOS: Point of Sale, Menu & Inventory, Branches, Reports, Staff, any add-on apps you have enabled, and Settings. What you see in the sidebar depends on your role — a cashier, for instance, will not see the administrative sections an admin sees.

Switching between branches

If your restaurant has more than one branch, a branch switcher appears near the top of the dashboard. Use it to move between branches and view or manage each one independently. Most screens — orders, inventory, reports — reflect whichever branch is currently selected.

The top bar

The top bar holds the branch switcher, system notifications, quick access to your personal account settings, and sign out. From here you can also jump to the Subscription page to check your current plan.

Settings, Apps, and Subscription

Your restaurant's general configuration — branches, staff, payment methods, taxes — lives under Settings in the sidebar. Any add-on apps enabled for your account appear as their own sections in that same sidebar. Your subscription plan and billing are managed from the dedicated Subscription page.

Theme and language

BeeOS supports both light and dark themes, switchable from your account settings whenever you prefer one over the other. The system is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, and switching to Arabic automatically flips the entire interface to right-to-left (RTL) layout — including the POS and reports.
