Create your workspace

Sign up

Start from the BeeOS website and choose "Start free trial" or "Sign up." You will need your restaurant name, your email address, and a phone number so we can reach you about your account.

Once you submit your details, BeeOS provisions a dedicated workspace for your business, completely isolated from every other restaurant on the platform.

Choose a subscription plan

During sign-up you pick the plan that fits the size of your restaurant. Plans differ in how many branches and users are included and which add-on apps come with them. You can change plans at any time later from the Subscription page.

Your 14-day free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can explore the POS, reports, and add-on apps without paying anything up front.

As your trial nears its end, a banner in the dashboard reminds you to add payment details so your subscription activates and your team keeps working without interruption.

Pick your subdomain

Your restaurant gets its own subdomain — the web address your team uses to sign in, for example restaurant-name.beeos.com. Choose something short and memorable, since it becomes the login link your staff types or bookmarks every day.

Your first login

After sign-up completes, sign in at your subdomain with the owner admin account you created. This account has full access to the workspace, and it is where you set up your first branch, invite your team, and configure your restaurant before you open for business.
