Enabling an app

Turning an app on

If an app is included in your current plan, enable it from Settings → Apps. If it is not part of your plan yet, contact BeeOS support to have it added — most add-ons can be enabled without changing the rest of your subscription.

After enabling

Once an app is on, it appears as its own section in the sidebar for any staff member whose role has permission to use it. You do not need to re-invite staff or reconfigure roles — existing permissions extend to the new app automatically.
