Manage dine-in seating from a visual floor plan of your restaurant.
The floor plan view
For dine-in service, BeeOS shows a visual floor plan of your branch's tables. Each table's color or status tells you at a glance whether it is free, occupied, or awaiting payment.
Seating a party
Tap a free table to seat a party and start an order against it. The order stays linked to that table until it closes, so anyone on your team can open the table and see what has already been ordered.
Merging and transferring tables
If a party grows or moves, you can merge two tables into a single order, or transfer an open order from one table to another. This keeps the bill accurate without needing to re-enter items.
Releasing a table
When an order closes — after payment is taken — the table is released automatically and returns to a free status, ready to be seated again.
