Payment history

Review past payments and know what to do if your subscription lapses.

Viewing past payments

The Subscription page keeps a history of your past payments and invoices, so you can review what was charged and when for your own records.

Past-due or expired subscriptions

If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, a banner appears in your workspace letting you know your account is past-due or expired. From there you can contact your account manager to renew and restore full access without losing any of your data.
